Stavros has held numerous senior positions in leading Marketing Communications agencies & multi-national organizations. He has extensive experience in developing innovative strategic communication programs for national and global corporations. Furthermore, he has expertise in Talent management working with prominent Greek and International talents & celebrities, as well as in management of the most significant entertainment events in Greece.
Stavros holds an MBA from Strathclyde University and an MA in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University.
Tasos Tournas is co-Founder & COO for MENTORS with over 25-year experience in the Hospitality Industry.
Tasos is a Hospitality expert with experience in Hotel Operations – F&B Operations, Human Resources Management, Hotel and Restaurant Consulting, Training & Development and Teaching.
He is a Professor at various Hospitality Schools and is a writer for hospitality books.
Tasos has held the position of Operations & HR Director for large multinational groups in the Hospitality sector, as well as, for inside catering abroad including the US, Switzerland and Turkey and other countries in EU. His has worked with the Official Reception Department of the Greek Prime Minister’s Office as their personal Butler and as a Residence Manager to important Greek families and more recently with The MARGI Luxury Hotel as Director of Operations & Training.
Tasos holds a degree in Hotel Management, a degree in Food & Beverage Management, as well as in Organizational Psychology.
