Job Description
- Cash register management during shifts
- Excellent communication with all departments
- Efficient completion of reception department duties (check-in, check-out, issuing invoices/receipts, telephone services)
- Handling guest requests and complaints, concierge services
- Providing friendly and warm services to guests and colleagues
- Maintaining a positive image of the reception and guest management
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist in a hotel establishment
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Computer and hotel information system knowledge
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Very good knowledge of PMS and MS Office systems
- Team spirit as well as the ability to work individually under pressure
- Sales-minded with the ability to present options and alternatives to clients and provide decision support
- Professional appearance and behavior, innate courtesy, and extroversion
- Adaptability and efficiency under pressure
- High sense of hospitality
