Job Description
- Prepare your workspace and perform tasks related to the beginning and end of each meal (mise en place)
- Ensure that your workspace is in good condition and clean at all times
- Verify that all ingredients are properly stored, meet hygiene standards, and have not expired
- Prepare ingredients and cook following the Chef’s instructions
- Be responsible for your station (grill, pan, cutting, oven, etc.)
Requirements
- Enthusiasm, professionalism, and a willingness to learn, evolve, and become a member of a continuously growing team
- Relevant experience in cooking skills required (A, B, and C levels)
- Ability to effectively handle pressure and provide high-quality services in a luxurious environment
- Similar experience in a kitchen, preferably in an a la carte restaurant
- Diploma/degree/studies in culinary arts will be considered an additional qualification
- Ability to adapt to flexible working hours
